六. 适用法律及争议解决
1. 本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。
2. 因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的争议，双方应以友好协商的方式解决。协商不成的应将争议提交至原告方所在地法院通过诉讼方式解决。

VI. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. Disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by friendly negotiation between the two parties. If the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the court where the plaintiff is located for settlement through litigation.
