V. Liability for breach of contract
Except as otherwise agreed in writing by the three parties, if either party violates this Agreement, the breaching party shall have the right to request the breaching party to correct or remedy its breach of contract, and the breaching party shall compensate the breaching party for all the actual losses caused to the breaching party, including lawyer's fees and litigation fees arising from the adoption of legal acts.
